Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@PurevedaPeptides.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is being processed or has shipped.
Returns & Replacements Policy
We are happy to accept returns or replacements of unopened and unused products provided you have notified our team within 7 calendar days of receipt. If the cap has been removed from the vial, we can not accept a return. Once the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label so that you may ship the items back to us. All returns must be received no later than 15 days from the purchase date.
Once received, we will refund your product purchase, less any paid shipping fees to the original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for this to reflect on your bank statement.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks: We take chargebacks by credit card issuers or bounced checks seriously. As a fraud protection measure, any chargeback will result in the client being temporarily placed on a no-sell list until we can contact you.
